ABACA BEDROOM The abaca bedroom is the most fun of all and can sleep up to four children in 2 full beds, with a giant 6 foot pillow bag in case an extra bed is required. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite service, Wii and 15 games to keep the kids (or kids at heart) occupied. Hanging outside on the lower deck is a swinging egg chair, with steps leading down to the lawn and swimming pool. The pool has an automatic cover, so parents need not be concerned about midnight swimming trips. The external door can be locked if you prefer, it is also possible to interconnect the walnut and abaca rooms for families wishing to have full run of the lower level.

The abaca bathroom features a multi-jet massage shower with seat and hand sprayer for smaller children. There is a single vanity with rock sink, a dual flush toilet and shelves for extra clothing if the wardrobe in the bedroom becomes full. The laundry room is adjacent to the abaca bathroom and features a super capacity steam washer and dryer.
